A Georgia judge<\/span> struck down several rules recently passed by the State Elections Board (SEB) Wednesday, measures that were a subject of fierce debate between Trump and Harris surrogates in the key battleground.<\/p>\n Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas A.
