Beware of the bulk.

Mr. Olympia returns to the global consciousness for its 2024 edition. With it is a swarm of the biggest men and women you’ve ever seen, each hoping to end their weekends with their muscles bulging, their veins popping out and oil slathered all across their massive frames.

It’s easy to see why people feel so fervent about bodybuilding’s greatest competition. It’s a spectacle unlike any other, revolving largely around the aesthetics of muscle mass.

Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Phil Heath make up some of the most successful performers in Mr. Olympia, each taking home a handful (or more) of titles in the famous tournament.

Who will win out this time around? The Sporting News is tracking results from each event, including the Mr. and Ms. Olympia competitions.
